if such notice is received fewer than 48 hours before the first date of operation, then 90% of the Charter Price

if such notice is received fewer than 24 hours or no notice is received prior to the scheduled time of first operation, then the greater of (a) 100% of the Charter Price and (b) the total costs incurred by the Agent (as determined by the Agent).
