Believe the postcards – the white cubist architecture and bright blue skies are all here on Mykonos. This is a beautiful island for beautiful people, combining fabulous beaches and beach clubs, late-night luxury shopping and some of the best nightlife in Greece. Mykonos gets up late and goes to bed late. This is not an island for the faint hearted, but rather more the Greek version of Ibiza. If the partying gets too much, you can always slip away for a day of cul- tural appreciation on neighboring Delos, which today acts more as an open-air museum, covered with mosaics and ancient classical remains.
