LOWER FLOOR
The lower floor of Cavo opens directly into a stunning open plan area, created with your out most relaxation in mind. This carefully designed space for entertainment, recreation and relaxation will appeal to all who seek a moment of self care and wellness during their holiday. The private spa area with wooden sauna and Hammam will relieve aching muscles and the gym, equipped with treadmill, static bicycle, workout bench weights and exercise mattresses, will keep you in optimum health.
Children will be thrilled with their own personal play area. The handmade sofa seating is large enough for the whole family and wraps around the 75” Smart TV with Playstation 5. A low table with poof seating creates the perfect spot for a game of chess or cards and a second lounge area with two large sofas in its own snug, provide some independent space without having to escape the view. Two further ensuite bedrooms are located on this level with queen size double beds (1,80 x 2,00), A/C, open closets and en-suite bathrooms.
Large patio door provide direct access to the lawned area next to the poolside. Other facilities on this level include:
-Second fully equipped kitchen area.
-Bathroom with shower next to the spa area.
-Laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.
-An additional small room which can be used for staff members, equipped with a single bed.
GROUND FLOOR
Entering through its grand gold door, Cavo opens into a sizeable open plan living space. An opulent, spacious lounge seating area surrounds the 75” Smart TV with Satellite and Netflix. An elegant dining table for 12 takes prime position and the professional kitchen is bound to fulfil even the most experienced of chefs requirements. Natural materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere that is luxurious yet comfortable with every space designed to flow out to the terrace and outdoor living spaces to embrace the exterior environment. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer an unbelievable spectacle of the city and seascape below and open up to a spacious veranda.
Full of light and air, the living area is a joy for social gatherings. A WC is also available, for communal use.
FIRST FLOOR
Floating stairs lead to the first floor. Glass panels, a theme throughout the house, are elevated on the first floor by the glass floor panel which bears witness to the living space below. Either side of the communal landing space with balcony, one finds two bedrooms. Each ensuite bedroom has a sumptuous Queen sized bed (1,80 x 2,00), open closet and 42”Smart TV.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower cabin with rain shower. While one bedroom has large glass doors that slide open to allow the outside in, the other is privileged to have its own private balcony with seating area, offering an exceptional private space overlooking the pool area and the magnificent views out to sea and coastline beyond.
SECOND FLOOR
Continuing up to the second floor one discovers a further landing area with leather sofa seating positioned to witnesses the sweeping view beyond.
The two modern ensuite bedrooms located on this level fully embrace their privacy with Queen size double beds (1,80 X2,00) facing directly out to sea and the surprising glass panelled bathrooms, spoiling you with their view. Both bedrooms have a 42”Smart TV, an open closet and are furnished to a high design standard.
