Welcome to this luxurious vacation villa located above Souda Bay. The villa, which was built in 2024, offers the perfect combination of comfort and relaxation, with stunning views of the sea and the surrounding olive tree garden.

The property can accommodate up to 14 guests and it includes 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (5 en-suite), living rooms and dining area with a spacious kitchen, balconies with breathtaking views, a 350 sq.m. terrace with a private infinity pool above the olive tree garden and a private parking area.

The swimming pool is located on the ground floor terrace and it is equipped with lounge chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. A built dining area under the pergola can accommodate up to 14 guests.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor includes 3 bedrooms, a living room area just in front of the open air terrace, a TV room and a spacious dining area next to a fully equipped kitchen.

Living Room: Spacious seating area with a 65-inch Smart TV – Dining Area: Large 10-person dining table with additional seating. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and direct access to the outdoor area.

Bedrooms:
– Bedroom 1: King-size bed (en-suite).
– Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (en-suite).
– Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed.

FIRST FLOOR

The upper floor includes 4 bedrooms, a living room with a stunning views balcony, a laundry/utility area with extra fridge and small kitchenette.

All mattresses and pillows are from Coco-Mat, made with natural materials for a high-quality sleep experience.

The heated pool is available for an additional charge of 80 Euros per night; please inform us in advance if you would like to use it.
